We offer shipping to Canada and the US currently, we are working on international options in the near future.

Can I cancel my order?

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of making your order.

My shipping information is incorrect. Can I change it?

Unfortunately we cannot change shipping information after it’s been processed. However we are happy to help track your package and send it to the right address after it’s been sent back to us.

My tracking is saying delivered but I never received my package. What do I do?

Please contact the courier for any issues involving undelivered packages.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

Please ensure that you are getting your items shipped to a secure location because we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can I return a sale item?

All sale items are final sale, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty.

Returns

What is the return policy for local and international orders?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), oder, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached. When returning items for a refund, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping on store credit. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers. We are unable to refund original shipping charges. Bodysuits are final sale. Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.

How should I care for/wash my products?

Wash with like colors on warm and hang to dry. Given the products are 100% cotton, if placed in the dryer they may shrink.

How does your fit compare to other brands?

Our products fit true to size. If you want a more oversized look, size up.
